Mise en place…

This is the excerpt for your very first post.

It’ll be nice to get back to my cooking roots. I had such a blast in my twenties I forgot how creative it could when you stick to the basics.

I’m embarking on the 21 Day Bone Broth diet not just to shed a few pounds but because I need to take charge of my own health. The focus seems to be inflammation of both the joints and GI tract so that’s a double win in my book.

When I found out I couldn’t see a Dr. Until mid 2018 that’s when it became clear that I had to do something. I found all the info I needed and it’s in cooking lingo I already know, fats, protiens, oils etc.

The best chance for a non-frustrating cooking experience are use the right tools and always do your prep work.

Mise en place (French pronunciation: [mi zɑ̃ ˈplas]) is a in place” or “everything in its place.”

Tomorrow I do Bone Marrow Broth!
